Small Penis Humiliation (SPH) is where a penis owner is humiliated and riduculed for their penis measurement.
This form of humiliation largely revolves around the idea that the penis owner has an unworthy penis.
One way this is done is by grabbing a ruler and physically measuring the penis and consensually laughing at the penis owner to induce feelings of shame.

Why do people like small penis humiliation?
Many men and some women place lots of importance on the size of a penis, as if it’s a reflection of one’s manhood and worthiness. In reality, this is not true, however, this form of play leans into this.
SPH plays with the penis owner’s sense of security in their own body and their desirability as a sex partner.
That said, you don’t actually need a small penis to want to engage in this form of play. When I refer to my penis in conversation, whether text or in-person, I call it my “wee wee“.

However, there are people who are insecure in their penis size and may choose to engage in small penis humiliation as a way to face their insecurity.
