Animal Roleplay, or Pet Play, is where a person acts as an animal in a BDSM scene.
Different Types of Animal Roleplay
Pup Play is when a player(s) act as a canine. This can involve familial hiearchies like Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Omega, etc. Collars can indicate relationships between players.
Kitten Play involves player(s) acting as felines. This can include lions and tigers. They are inherently less tameable than pups.
Pony Play involves player(s) acting like horses. The three different types of ponies are cart, riding, and show ponies. Subsets of ponyplay include:
- Cow/Bull Play involves milking and breeding during play.
- Donkey Play is like pony play but more dopey.
Dragon Play involves player(s) who collect and play with shiny “treasures”. Some other types of play involved are:
- Macro Play where players pretend they are huge enough to take down skyscrapers
- Vore Play where players pretend to eat each other or get eaten.
Pig Play is a form of play where player(s) can get messy, dress piggy, sound piggy, and involves feederism, piss play, and scat play.
Monkey Play is where player(s) act like apes or neanderthals.
Fox Play is a mischievous mix of Pup Play and Kitten Play.
There is no limits to this kind of play. These are the most common animal roleplay. However, you’ll find other forms of similar pet plays like Pokemon Play or Furries Fandom.
