What are water sports in BDSM?
Watersports popular in fetish and kink circles have little to do with actual water, and you won’t find a single boat or canoe anywhere in sight! Urinating is a common component of watersports, which are also sometimes referred to as “piss play.” Some people enjoy engaging in a D/s dynamic known as “piss play,” which involves one person peeing on the other. Some kink enthusiasts are more interested in it as voyeurism, such as watching someone use the restroom or wet their clothes; of course, some enjoy observing their actions.
Are watersports risky?
As long as the person you’re playing with is healthy, urine is sterile. If a person is not, diseases such as viral, bacterial, and fungal infections can be transmitted – this happens most frequently if someone has an open wound or pees directly into your mouth.
To enjoy safe golden showers, you must first understand your partner’s health status. If you’re unsure, ask them to aim away from your mouth, and ensure you don’t have any cuts, scratches, or other wounds on your body that urine could get into.
Of course, you must obtain consent before engaging in any type of urine play. Make sure everyone is on board with the plan and that a safe word is in place. It may also be beneficial to have a safe action if the person’s mouth is full. A hand or foot tap, a head shake, or something similar could be used.
How do water sports function?
You can partake in piss play however you please, but here are some recommendations for you:
- Golden shower: The top defecates over the bottom, who may be on their knees or lying down. The golden shower may affect the mouth and the face, or it may miss some areas and concentrate on other body parts.
- Consensual piss play peeping – The voyeur hides and observes the exhibitionist piss indoors or outdoors. Perhaps they wet themselves, which could lead to a D/s scene involving humiliation, but that’s up to you. Perhaps you prefer to observe in plain sight rather than hiding. Perhaps you could instruct your sub to urinate for your amusement.
- Drink it all down – In this piss play phase, urine is consumed through a funnel gag or directly from the source (either before or after sex or as part of oral sex).
What if you have a shy bladder?
Do you have a shy bladder? Don’t get too worked up if you want to piss all over someone but it just won’t happen. The more stress you put on yourself, the less likely you are to be able to handle it. Accept that this is a natural occurrence. Peeing on or for someone is not the same as going to the toilet as you normally would. Do something else to relieve yourself of the stress. If it doesn’t work out, have a backup plan ready so you can still enjoy your scene even if the piss play doesn’t happen. Get some more water. If your bladder isn’t full enough, you might not feel the need to empty your golden showers.
