How to Tie the Takate Kote TK Bondage
First and foremost, seiza, the Japanese way of sitting, must be incorporated. The back is upright, the shoulders are relaxed, and the breathing is natural. The seiza is a versatile position that allows the top to move quickly on the knees and toes while the bottom completely relaxes and maintains a passive attitude.
